1. Consulting & Software Projects

• Project fees are non-refundable once the project has started.

• If a cancellation is requested before kickoff, we may deduct processing charges and refund the rest.

2. Training Programs

• Before Start Date: 100% refund if cancelled at least 3 days prior to training.

• After Start Date: No refund will be provided once the training has commenced.

• We may offer rescheduling for future batches, subject to availability.

3. Online Payment Refunds

• All refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment (e.g., Razorpay) within 7–10 working days.

• You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.

4. Cancellation by Us

If we cancel or reschedule a program or service, you are entitled to a full refund or alternative arrangement.
